It is not used casually.It is approached with reverence, preparation, and integration.
Participation is voluntary, but sacramental theology is woven into the foundation of our doctrine. We believe that direct experience, when paired with discipline and embodied responsibility, can accelerate remembrance of unity.
The sacrament does not replace study, character, or accountability. It supports them.

We worship only the One Infinite Source. We honor the sacrament as a sacred instrument, messenger, and bridge that helps dissolve the barriers of ego and trauma to reveal the truth already present within our consciousness.

Participation in Our Sacred Sacrament is voluntary.
Communion with the Source can be cultivated through study, meditation, breath work, prayer, service, and disciplined living. No external instrument is required for belonging within The Awakened Consciousness.
However, when an individual feels called to engage with the sacrament, we believe that calling should be approached with reverence and preparation, not isolation or impulse.
The Church provides guidance, safety standards, and when available, structured ceremonial space to support responsible engagement.
We do not pressure participation.
We do not gate belonging behind sacrament.
We do not treat it casually.Calling is personal. Responsibility is essential.

Our weekly gatherings are structured, intentional, and focused on embodied growth.
Each service (may) include:

Open discussion to sharpen understanding, encourage accountability, and apply doctrine to daily life.
Weekly services are not sacramental ceremonies.
They are spaces for study, reflection, integration, and alignment.
Growth is measured not by intensity of experience, but by strengthened relationships, emotional regulation, humility, and lived integrity.

Membership is open to individuals eighteen years of age or older who align with our doctrine and Code of Conduct.
Participation requires voluntary affirmation of our Membership Covenant.

The Awakened Consciousness is incorporated as a nonprofit religious corporation under the laws of the State of Washington.
We operate under protections afforded to religious organizations by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, which guarantees the free exercise of religion.
We also operate within the framework of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA), which provides that the government may not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion unless it demonstrates a compelling governmental interest pursued through the least restrictive means.
As a religious organization, our doctrine, governance, and sacramental theology are matters of sincerely held religious belief.
We are structured, governed, and administered in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

The Church does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.
Participation in all spiritual practices is voluntary and undertaken with personal responsibility.

The Church is governed by a Board of Directors, referred to as the Tribe of Elders.
The President serves in the spiritual office of Father of the Tribe.
The Vice President serves in the spiritual office of Mother of the Tribe.
Governance and authority are defined in our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

All donations to The Awakened Consciousness are voluntary and support the religious mission and operational needs of the Church.
Donations do not purchase access to Our Sacred Sacrament.
Donations do not grant ceremonial participation.
Donations do not create spiritual status, authority, or advancement.
Access to sacramental engagement is never bought, sold, exchanged, or conditioned upon financial contribution.
Donations are used to support the growth and stability of the Church, including:
Operational expenses
Technology and communication infrastructure
Educational development
Community programming
Future acquisition of land for dedicated worship and gathering space
Long-term development of the Church and its mission
Financial contribution is an act of support for the mission, not a transaction for spiritual access.
