Leadership

The Awakened Consciousness is guided by spiritual stewardship and governed by structure.

Authority within this Church exists for protection, clarity, and alignment with doctrine. Leadership is not status. It is responsibility.

Founding Stewards

The Church is currently stewarded by its Founding Stewards.

Their role is to safeguard doctrine, preserve integrity, establish structure, and model embodied Christ consciousness in conduct and leadership.

Stewardship implies responsibility to the Source and to the community. It does not imply ownership.

The Founding Stewards serve as the initial spiritual and organizational anchors while building a leadership structure capable of enduring beyond personality.

Father of the Tribe

The President serves in the spiritual office of Father of the Tribe.

This role represents the Sacred Masculine within the Church, spiritual guardianship, doctrinal clarity, and the protection of unity within The Awakened Consciousness. The Father of the Tribe carries responsibility for preserving the integrity of the Church’s teachings, safeguarding its structure, and ensuring alignment between belief and conduct.

The role is one of stewardship, not ownership. Authority exists for protection, accountability, and long term stability.

Mother of the Tribe

The Vice President serves in the spiritual office of Mother of the Tribe.

This role represents the Divine Feminine within the Church, spiritual nurture, discernment, and relational strength within the Church. The Mother of the Tribe cultivates unity, compassion, and embodied wisdom within the community.

The Mother of the Tribe serves in alignment with doctrine and under the governing structure established in the Bylaws.

The role is one of stewardship, not symbolism. Authority exists to protect the well being of the Tribe and strengthen its internal health.

Tribe of Elders

The Board of Directors serves as the Tribe of Elders.

The Tribe of Elders holds governing authority for doctrine, discipline, and corporate oversight in accordance with the Church’s Bylaws and applicable law.

Eldership is earned through time, healing, humility, stability, and demonstrated embodiment of unity.

Elders are recognized by the fruit of their lives, not by charisma or intensity of experience.

As the Church grows, additional Elders may be appointed consistent with the governing documents.

Leadership Philosophy

Leadership within The Awakened Consciousness is built on three principles:

Embodiment before authority.
Responsibility before recognition.
Service before influence.

We do not elevate personality.
We do not reward ego.
We do not tolerate spiritual manipulation.

The integrity of the Church matters more than any individual.

Governance

The Awakened Consciousness is incorporated as a nonprofit religious corporation. Governance is vested in its Board of Directors in accordance with state and federal law.

All corporate authority flows through the structure defined in the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

This structure exists to preserve unity, protect doctrine, and ensure long term stability.
